Dr John E Castro

Known for building lasting relationships and delivering expert, results-driven eye care.
Dr. John E. Castro completed his Bachelor of Science degree & Doctor of Optometry degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and has dedicated his time to the health and welfare of his patients over the past 20 years PerSpectacles .
Dr. Castro was born in New Jersey but grew up in Southern Illinois. He attended Chaminade College Prep in St. Louis, MO for high school. He currently has lived in Arizona for 30 years. Dr. Castro is active member of Arizona Optometric Association & American Optometric Association.
Dr. Jessica Islam
Optometrist | Dual Degree in Optometry + MPH
Combines clinical precision with a public health perspective to treat complex dry eye cases.
Dr. Jessica Islam has been dedicated to the field of optometry for the past seven years. She began her academic journey in her hometown of Morgantown, WV, earning her undergraduate degree of Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University. Following this, she pursued advanced studies at MCPHS University School of Optometry, where she achieved a dual degree in Optometry and a Master of Public Health.
Driven by her passion for providing the highest quality care to her patients, Dr. Islam completed a residency in ocular disease and low vision at the Jesse Brown VA Hospital. This specialized training has equipped her with the expertise to address a wide range of vision and eye health issues.
Dr Scott Fox

Dr. Scott Fox was born and raised in Mesa, AZ. He graduated from ASU with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Neurobiology and completed his Doctorate of Optometry at Midwestern University. Dr Fox is dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient to improve their visual clarity and quality of life. He specializes in
comprehensive eye care, contact lens fittings, and ocular disease management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking,
mountain biking, or playing golf.
Eric Tyler OD
Optometrist
Dr. Eric Tyler is an optometrist at PerSpectacles Hearing & Eye Solutions in Gilbert, AZ.
During consultations, Dr. Tyler attentively listens to patients’ concerns and conducts a comprehensive eye exam to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. He explains the findings, discusses relevant treatment options, and recommends eye health tips. He also answers queries, schedules follow-up care, and writes specialist referrals if necessary.
Dr. Tyler earned his bachelor’s of science degree in biology from Marquette University and his medical degree from the American University of Antigua. He completed his doctorate in optometry from Indiana University Bloomington. Dr. Tyler is also PRK laser surgery certified and holds other certifications in glaucoma, YAG capsulotomy, YAG iridotomy, SLT, and LPI laser eye surgery. He is also a member of the Arizona Optometric Association.

Linda is a Great Grandmother living in AZ for over 20 years. Linda enjoys cooking, cruising and family parties. Linda is personally available for scheduling any and all optometrists & Dry Eye Treatment visits from Monday -Saturday 10AM – 5PM.
David H Weinstein
Owner | Optical Expert Since 1986
An industry veteran combining decades of optical design with advanced dry eye technology.
David established PerSpectacles in 1994 and has been a leader in the optical industry since 1986. He has been an Az State licensed Optician since 1986 & has been certified and trained on IPL-RF dry eye treatments.
David is a Master of Optical technology when designing eyewear.
